Ms Moyombuya “Moyo” Ngubula is a seasoned Legal and Corporate Governance Practitioner with over nine years professional experience. She holds an LLB from the University of Cape Town and a Masters in International Trade Law (LLM) from the same institution. Furthermore, she is part of the 2017 alumni of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders (Public Management Track and Professional Development Experience).

Moyo draws her experience from both the public and the private sectors, with experience in research, litigation, the Public Service and State-Owned Entities. She commenced her career as a Research Assistant at her alma mater and went on to have a brief stint in litigation as a Prosecutor with the Directorate of Public Prosecutions. She thereafter served at the Attorney General’s Chambers at the International and Commercial Division with a special focus on commercial law and international trade law. In the recent past, she worked for Botswana Tourism Organisation as Corporate Legal Counsel and Board Secretary.
