Online Check-In Information
Air Botswana is pleased to offer an Online Check-in service to allow you to manage your own check-in process easily. With this service, you can print your boarding pass from 24 hours prior to flight departure and have the flexibility to reserve or change your seat.
Important Information:
Online check-in will close 50 minutes prior to departure for both domestic and international flights.
Online check-in is possible from the following airports:
- Johannesburg
- Cape Town
Bag Drop Counter:
Passengers with baggage to be checked in may use the Air Botswana Express/Teemane Check-in counter for bag drop. If you have printed your own online boarding pass or checked in online, proceed to the bag drop counter where your baggage will be tagged and sent to the aircraft. If the bag drop counter is unavailable, a conventional check-in counter may be used.
If you are unable to print your online boarding pass, simply proceed to the Air Botswana check-in counter.
Passengers without baggage to be checked in do not need to go to the Air Botswana check-in counters but may proceed directly to the security checkpoint.
