Capt. Nkumbuli Clement Nsimbi is an experienced aviation and operations executive with over 27 years of military and commercial aviation experience. He has held senior leadership roles in Flight Operations, Safety, and Quality Assurance at Air Botswana, including Director Flight Operations. He has led fleet introduction programmes and successfully guided the airline through IOSA compliance and safety system implementation. A licensed Airline Transport Pilot, he brings strong expertise in operational safety, regulatory compliance, risk management, and organisational performance improvement.
